Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ToNextStep, including the purchase, licensing, and download of digital assets.
1. Agreement & Contracting Entities
By accessing ToNextStep, creating an account, or purchasing digital items, you agree to be bound by these terms. Payment processing, checkout, and merchant services are facilitated by Paddle.com Market Ltd ('Paddle'), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on ToNextStep.
2. User Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register an account and make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Digital Asset Licensing & Usage Rights
All assets sold on ToNextStep (including Notion templates, UI kits, Excel templates, software, e-books, and audio packs) are licensed, not sold: • Grant of License: Upon successful payment, ToNextStep grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded asset for personal or commercial projects in accordance with the specific product license terms. • Restrictions: You may NOT redistribute, resell, sub-license, share, upload to public file-sharing networks, or bundle the asset in a competitive digital product library.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property, trademarks, source code, designs, and content on ToNextStep remain the exclusive property of ToNextStep and its respective creators. Purchase of a digital asset transfers a limited usage license, not copyright ownership.
5. Purchases & Pricing
Prices for digital products are displayed in USD (or local equivalent) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable sales taxes or VAT are calculated at checkout by Paddle based on your billing location.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in unauthorized sharing of license keys, automated scraping of catalog data, attempting to bypass security mechanisms, or using assets in illegal, defamatory, or harmful projects.
7. Service Availability & Warranties
ToNextStep strives to ensure high availability and secure access to your purchased downloads. Digital assets are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make reasonable efforts to maintain asset quality, compatibility, and security.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToNextStep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform or downloaded assets.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
