Billing and refunds
Where to send billing questions. Refunds are ours to decide and ours to issue — SpaceRemit only moves the money — so say plainly that billing questions come here and are not sent on to the payment provider.
Business address
The registered trading address. Most consumer-protection regimes require a commercial site to publish a geographic address, not just an email.
Privacy and data requests
Where to send data access or deletion requests. Should match the address given in the Privacy Policy.
Response times
Operating hours, time zone, and expected turnaround — set to something actually achievable rather than aspirational.
